| Job Description | Manage the client account and contractor-managed day-to-day staffing and operational services for two onsite yard waste facilities; serve as the primary point of contact for client staff. - Min. 5-7 years of experience - Plan schedules and coverage; supervise/coordinate qualified attendants, consistent assignments, substitutions, and staffing changes. - Coordinate pre-opening/client training and ensure staff follow site procedures for residency verification, acceptable-material/load screening, traffic flow, customer service, safe unloading, opening/closing, and documentation. - Oversee safe, efficient operations, customer wait times, escalated customer situations, housekeeping/litter control, and site security. - Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance, MNOSHA/Employee Right-to-Know, client Operations Manual/policies, required background screening, data/privacy, and IT-access requirements. - Maintain/verify resident driver's-license scan data, employee timesheets, daily opening/closing checklists, dump-trailer permit applications, and forms of attesting. - Report operational, safety, compliance, property-damage, spill, or other reportable incidents to the client within 24 hours and coordinate follow-up/corrective action. - Coordinate optional loader/heavy-equipment service when authorized, ensuring an appropriately trained/qualified operator and compliant equipment are available. | ||||||||
