Work Environment: Full Time/ In Office 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee project financial data including job costing, progress billings, and project activity review
• Prepare and issue accurate progress billings, while also compiling supporting documentation
• Reconcile billings including labor and non-labor inputs
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve billing issues and delays
• Ensure accurate job costs and adjustments
• Track job costs vs budget and analyze variances
• Review contracts, change orders, and maintain compliance
• Prepare and maintain WIP schedules and reporting around project data
• Monitor cash flow and ensure funding for obligations
• Support audit requests with documentation
• Provide financial guidance to project teams
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (construction preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and organization
• Advanced Excel skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
