Your work ensures our reporting is accurate, our projects stay on track, and our leadership team has the insight they need to make sound decisions.

This role plays a key part in our monthly close process and in maintaining the financial integrity of every project we touch.

    What You’ll Do

    • Support the monthly accounting close and reporting cycle, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and Percentage of Completion (POC) entries

    • Monitor vendor and subcontractor invoices, commissions, compliance documentation, and overall project financial activity

    • Generate and analyze reports including Payroll, A/R, A/P, Contract Status, and Job Cost, identifying discrepancies and trends

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    • 3+ years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables

    • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven, evolving environment

    • A growth mindset — you’re naturally curious, quick to learn, and motivated to deepen your knowledge every day

    • Experience with WIP or Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is a plus, not a requirement

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

    • You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values integrity, teamwork, and doing things right.

    • You’ll gain hands-on experience in a growing company with real opportunity to expand your skills and advance.
