We're hiring an Accountant to jump into a high-impact project and help bring structure to a busy accounting team. If you're detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and enjoy improving processes, we want to talk to you!


What You'll Do:



  • Document accounting policies and procedures

  • Perform general accounting and daily account reconciliations

  • Review and maintain general ledger activity from multiple team members

  • Identify documentation gaps and create clear work instructions

  • Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze, reconcile, and organize financial data


What We're Looking For:



  • Accounting experience with strong GL and reconciliation skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

  • Process-minded, organized, and able to hit the ground running
