Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:

• Manage and maintain the general ledger for assigned projects

• Lead and execute month-end close processes

• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable for accuracy

• Support audit and tax-related activities

Qualifications for the Project Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 5+ years of accounting experience within property management or real estate

• Experience owning month-end close and general ledger responsibilities

• ERP exposure preferred (Yardi a plus)
