Project Accountant

I'm partnering with a well-established $150M commercial contractor that's continuing to grow and is looking to add a Project Accountant to its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the CFO, expand your responsibilities beyond project accounting, and build a long-term career with a company that truly invests in its people.

What You'll Do

• Manage the financials for 3–4 commercial construction projects
• Work closely with Project Managers to monitor project costs and job performance
• Process project billings, job cost reporting, and financial documentation
• Assist the CFO with company financial reporting and accounting initiatives
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the organization

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Project Accountant, Construction Accountant, or similar accounting role within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of job costing and project financials
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with construction accounting software is a plus
