Description
Join our team in a fully onsite role in Harlem, NY, where you will manage project accounting for construction projects. 
This full-time position requires expertise in financial management and billing processes, using generic technology tools to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle project accounting for multiple construction projects.
Prepare and process billings, including requisitions and lien waivers, in collaboration with Project Managers.
Track project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Collaborate with Project Managers for accurate cost reporting and forecasting.
Review subcontractor invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in project accounting within a construction environment.
Strong working knowledge of generic accounting software.
Experience with billing processes is required.
Understanding of construction cost structures and job costing.
Highly organized and professional in communication.
