Project Accountant
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across multiple construction jobs
- Prepare job cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability tracking
- Oversee billing, AIA invoicing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
- Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control
- Maintain and optimize project data within Sage Intacct
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction
- Sage Intacct experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and construction billing (AIA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills
