Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor setup, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
Handle Accounts Receivable functions, including customer invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate project cost records and ensure expenses are coded to the appropriate jobs and cost codes.
Assist with project billings, lien releases, and supporting documentation.
Partner with Project Managers to track project costs, billing status, and outstanding receivables.
Reconcile job-related AP and AR transactions and investigate discrepancies.
Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
Assist with subcontractor compliance, insurance tracking, and contract administration.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
Strong AP and AR experience required.
Experience with job costing and project accounting concepts.
Proficient in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations and project teams.
