Job DutiesCORE is seeking a Project Accountant for the Roseville, California office. The Project Accountant will be a key member of the Accounting Department, working closely with Construction Project Managers to support the financial management and success of construction projects.Manage the monthly subcontractor billing process in Textura, including tracking of compliance and authorization of payments to subcontractors and subtiers.Post billings and payments into ERP.Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy between systems.Assist in creating monthly invoices for construction projects and post the invoices into the ERP.Assist in job audits (pre, during, post-project).Respond and communicate with subcontractors and vendors on payment status.Perform various other general accounting tasks.Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.Candidate QualificationsMinimum of two years of experience in invoicing and accounts payable accounting.Professional Degree in accounting is required.Proficiency in MS Excel and all Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).Must possess the highest level of integrity, discretion, and a positive attitude.Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service.Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines.Ability to effectively problem solve and communicate with the appropriate personnel.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), ability to interact as part of a team to drive results.Desired SkillsProficiency in Vista accounting software, PROCORE, and Textura Payment Management.Previous experience with lien waiver collection and review.Previous experience in construction accounting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
