Project Coordinator
We're seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple client projects and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project execution
- Track project milestones and provide status updates
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support business operations and NetSuite-related processes
- Analyze data and create reports using Excel
- Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist wherever needed to keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
- Experience in project coordination, operations, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
