Experience with accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist with budget tracking and cost management throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain project files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks or delays. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
