Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, superintendents, and construction teams
Manage project documentation, schedules, budgets, and correspondence
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow
Track permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance requirements
Maintain organized records and support job site administration needs
Assist with preconstruction and closeout processes
Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and external partners
Help uphold safety standards and project timelines

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination (3+ years preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, and construction tools
Knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Local Southern Utah candidates strongly preferred
