Responsibilities
The driving force behind constant business growth is the presence of skilled and dedicated Project Managers. We're searching for a highly skilled Project Administrator to contribute to Spencer's & Spirit Halloween's growth. The ideal candidate will have project management experience and strong skills with work plan development and progress oversight.
- Prepare and present regular progress updates to appropriate management channels
- Work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organizational projects efficiently
- Manage administrative tasks including document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support
- Prepare and coordinate meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Management Office
- Follow up on important decisions or action items
- Responsible for the review and update of the Project Management Office standards
- Partner with Project and IT Managers to ensure standards are followed, kept up to date, and new hires are trained
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
- Project Management experience; CAPM a plus but not required
- 2+ years experience working in IT
- Experience with documentation management and project management tools
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities and deadlines
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

$55,000-$65,000
