Project Administrator (Part Time) Improving Health through Science and Technology!

What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:

The part time Project Administrator will be primarily focused on managing sample disposition throughout the week. This includes gathering samples from disposition locations, updating documentation, and completing discard or returns. As time allows, the Project Administrator may also help with project receipt and log in tasks.

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:

Logs projects according to SOP-000036 Ensures sample storage is in accordance with temperature recommendations as per the SSF Ensures necessary documentation is with each project (SDS, Quote, Purchase Order (if available), etc Informs customers of their project log in status Updates the 'Exline Tracking' document with project information Issues revision/supplemental paperwork Updates the Sample receiving log book Disposes of sample packaging Ensures proper protocol is followed with regard to controlled substances Disposes of or returns samples following completion of project work Maintains good documentation practices to ensure compliance with standards and specifications Update and review SOPs describing relevant responsibilities as needed Train personnel on project coordination responsibilities as needed May be asked to answer question regarding project log in during customer or regulatory audits All other responsibilities as assigned by management

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience: Relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: A keen interest in a fast-paced scientific learning environment with an emphasis on applying new skills, good written and oral communication skills, vast laboratory equipment knowledge, basic word processing skills, team-oriented work ethic, and procedural skills for the use of various laboratory instrumentation. Data collection, reporting, research, and technical analysis skills necessary. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Base Annual Pay In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the hourly rate range for this role is USD $20 to USD $25 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
