Project Administrator
KL&A has an opportunity for a part-time Project Administrator to support projects with our engineering team in our Golden, Colorado office.

General Responsibilities-including, but not limited to:
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for various project tasks, including tracking project timelines, deliverables, and team schedules. Assist in maintaining project information such as deadlines and planned hours by managing VantagePoint.
- Document Management: Organize documents as things progress through each phase of a project. This would include such things as contracts, invoices, shop drawings, and correspondence.
- Contract Preparation: Assist in proposal preparation and tracking, including emails and proposal documentation preparation. Maintain accurate and organized systems to track status of contract/ proposals.
- Financial Administration: Assist with collection of client information for billing, preparation of invoicing and collection of accounts receivable.
- Communication Management: Serve as conduit for client communication while helping team members to prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed for team members.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in a related administrative role
- Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency

- Experience with Deltek VantagePoint
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- A sense of humor

Salary: $28.50-30/hour
