    Role Summary

    We’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable Project Administrator to support our project management teams on a variety of energy and infrastructure initiatives. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, seamless communication, and accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to project managers, subcontractors, and clients
    • Format and maintain project documents and reporting tools
    • Process and track expense reports, invoices, and travel arrangements
    • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate team communications
    • Support onboarding and demobilization of staff; liaise with HR and facilities
    • Maintain accurate records using SharePoint, Excel, and other tools
    • Distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and update dashboards
    • Assist with team logistics, off-site events, and supply inventory
    • Perform quality checks on reports and data entries
    • Serve as a central point of contact between office, field teams, and external partners

    What We’re Looking For

    Minimum Requirements

    • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in a construction or engineering setting
    • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and expense reporting systems
    • Background supporting field or technical teams
