The Project Administrator supports project teams by managing administrative, contractual, and financial processes throughout the project lifecycle. This role combines core Project Coordinator and Project Accountant functions to ensure accurate contract execution, change management, billing, and financial processing while maintaining compliance with internal controls and client requirements. The Project Administrator plays a critical role in enabling project execution by maintaining data integrity across systems, supporting timely payments, and facilitating internal and external stakeholder communication.
