About this position: Project Analyst Location – Beavercreek, OH

Wage/Salary Range: $110k - $140k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering, documenting, and understanding business processes across the portfolio.
- Responsible for conducting standard business / technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.
- Responsible for providing Product Owner(s) and product team members with analysis, surveys, and data gathering.
- Responsible for the creation of images, photos, video, and artwork based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
- Ability to determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type.
- Use computer software / design tools to generate new images and maintain archive of images, photos, videos, or previous work products.
- Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, SMEs, and client team members.
- Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.
- Responsible to attend and participate in daily team meetings, execute assigned workload, and work within project management tools and design tools
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years’ experience is required.
- Level of Experience Requirements:
- Five (5) years of Business Analyst experience or IT Architecture experience
- Five (5) years of Business Process design experience
- Must have or be able to attain a NAC or SECRET security clearance, requires U.S. citizenship.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
- Demonstrated competence with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Acrobat Pro and Photoshop Graphic.
- Competence in creating presentations and illustrating documents.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, results oriented.
- Exceptional, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong editing skills.
- Team player with abilities and desire to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals.

- This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
