Project Analyst
Security Clearance Requirement: Current and Active DoD Secret
Salary Range: $50K – $85k

As the Project Analyst, you will join a high-performing team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and mission-critical support. At Nexagen Networks, you will play a vital role in supporting Department of Defense programs by providing administrative, financial, and project coordination support to ensure effective contract execution and compliance. You will work closely with program leadership and government stakeholders to track budgets, manage reporting requirements, coordinate travel and deliverables, and maintain program financial accuracy.

Job Description
Nexagen Networks is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to provide dedicated administrative and project support on contract to our DoD customer. The selected candidate will support contract execution through administrative coordination, reporting support, budget tracking, and compliance activities.
Responsibilities include preparing and managing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), supporting program execution budget planning, tracking and managing program deliverables, coordinating meetings and office activities, and assisting with routine administrative operations. The candidate will also conduct follow-up actions and coordinate deliverables on behalf of the Program Manager to support contract execution and ensure smooth daily program operations.
Position Responsibilities
• Assist with recurring on-time delivery of contract-related CDRLs including Trip Reports, Meeting Minutes, and Monthly Status Reports.
• Maintain team calendars, scheduling activities, and support coordination of deliverables and deadlines.
• Conduct Director-level program budget coordination and POM budget coordination activities.
• Coordinate ICGEs and support tracking and management of annual program execution budgets.
• Perform general and routine office duties including front desk support, visitor access, and administrative coordination.
• Coordinate and prepare conference spaces for meetings and other activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work with the Program Manager to document office procedures and policies.
• Create accountability and inventory processes for control of office equipment and materials.
• Conduct follow-up actions and coordinate deliverables to support contract execution and compliance.
Qualifications
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with personnel at all levels of authority inside and outside of the organization.
• Must have and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience working in a DoD environment.
• Knowledge and experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) and Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
