They will be collecting and analyzing portfolio data to help leadership make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and passion for working with data.ResponsibilitiesCollect, consolidate, and validate project and portfolio data from multiple sourcesPrepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboardsMonitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts and actual expendituresCoordinate project governance meetings, record and track follow-up action itemsSupport portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activitiesPerform data validation and maintain information within the portfolio management tool, Service NowPerform analysis and develop summary views utilizing the data to tell a storyCreate dashboards and visualizations to communicate portfolio performance and key metricsAssist with month-end and quarterly reporting activitiesSupport portfolio governance by preparing reporting materials for leadership meetingsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data qualityMaintain reporting documentation, report definitions and standard operating procedures
