What You Will Be Doing:
You, as the Project Analyst, will serve as a key contributor in the Eligibility Modernization Office (EMO), supporting complex system modernization and business transformation initiatives through advanced analytical, coordination, and leadership support across the project lifecycle. This position works closely with program leadership, technical teams, and vendors to lead stakeholder discovery, translate business, policy, and technical needs into clear requirements, and evaluate system and process designs. The Project Analyst plays a central role in planning and supporting testing, implementation, data validation, and project reporting, while ensuring that deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria. This role also supports security and compliance activities, maintains authoritative project documentation, and provides leadership within Agile/Scrum teams to help ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals.
