Our Regina client is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join their team, primarily onsite contract role.

We are seeking a high-caliber, experienced Project Analyst to join our collaborative Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will be a driving force behind enterprise-level initiatives, playing a pivotal part in the deployment and adoption of our new enterprise project management solution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to own critical workstreams—including business user testing, comprehensive documentation, data validation, and advanced reporting—while directly influencing the success of our project delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities Project Governance & Coordination

  • Facilitate Collaboration: Lead the coordination of project meetings, workshops, and steering committees;manage agendas, capture high-quality minutes, and track action items.

  • PMO Support: Partner closely with Project Managers and business leads to streamline project planning, resource allocation, and task execution.

  • Documentation Management: Establish, organize, and maintain robust project repositories and records within structured environments to ensure audit readiness.
Systems Implementation & Analysis

  • System Deployment: Support the end-to-end implementation of the new project management platform, specifically driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system documentation.

  • Data Integrity: Oversite and validate data conversion/migration activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in the new system.

  • Reporting & Insights: Gather, synthesize, and analyze project data across multiple workstreams to build actionable dashboards and status reports for leadership decision-making.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between internal business units and external vendors.

  • Milestone Tracking: Proactively monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables, raising risks and blockers to project leadership before they impact the schedule.
Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Years of Experience: 4 years of progressive experience in project analysis, project coordination, or a PMO-driven environment.

  • Enterprise Delivery: Proven track record of supporting large-scale, cross-functional project teams and enterprise-level initiatives.

  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Project management education or certifications (e.G., CAPM, PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.
Technical & Soft Skills

  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).

  • Analytical Power: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for turning raw project data into meaningful insights.

  • Power Skills: Exceptional organizational talent, multitasking prowess, and the communication skills required to influence stakeholders at various levels.
