Plumbing and Project Coordinator

Campbell, Inc. isn't just another mechanical contractor - we're a third-generation, family-owned company that's been setting the standard in commercial HVAC and plumbing since 1968. With over 100 employees and projects spanning Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan, we've built our reputation on doing things the right way: high standards, strong ethics, and consistently delivering results that last.

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and wants to play a key role in keeping projects organized, on track, and running smoothly. If you take pride in being the person who keeps everything moving, communicates clearly, and supports both the field and office teams - you'll fit right in here.

We are currently looking for a Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our Northwood location.

Position Summary: The Plumbing Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the project team, plumbing department, and Project Manager to keep projects running efficiently from start to finish. This position ensures the seamless coordination of labor, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation so work is completed on time and without disruption. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of details, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track behind the scenes.

Benefits: 401(k), Health, Vision, Dental and Supplemental Account, Paid Holidays, PTO, Life Insurance and LTD.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a project coordination, administrative, or operations support role is required

  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both field teams and office staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with project management or construction software is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret basic project documents, schedules, and work orders is preferred
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently while supporting a team
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of moving parts including labor coordination, materials tracking, and documentation
  • Professional, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to changing project needs
