Project and Program Management - Communications Specialist 5

Location: Remote (United States)

Employment Type: 12-18 Month W2 Contract

Shift: M-F 8-5



Role Overview

The Communications Program Manager supports a major enterprise client's Cloud Supply Chain & Procurement (CSCP) organization. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end communications, content design, and execution in support of key business initiatives. The position involves close partnership with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver clear and high-impact communications that enable coordinated business rhythms and organizational alignment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of communication plans supporting transformation initiatives.
  • Develop compelling content across multiple channels, including newsletters, presentations, and internal sites.
  • Create visually engaging presentation decks and executive materials, translating complex concepts into clear messaging.
  • Manage recurring communications such as monthly updates, organizational newsletters, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites to centralize content and improve discoverability.
  • Partner with program managers and business stakeholders to gather inputs and align messaging.
  • Develop executive-ready summaries, status reports, and year-end reviews.
  • Utilize tools such as Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva to streamline communications and enhance content creation.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training is preferred.


Experience: 10+ years of related experience is required. This includes experience supporting an executive audience and working within large technology companies.


Technical Skills: Proficiency in Copilot, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and enterprise communication tools is required.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communications and storytelling expertise.
  • Experience with executive communications and organizational messaging.
  • Graphic design and content layout capabilities.
  • Familiarity with transformation programs or large-scale change initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $52.00 and $56.00 per hour. Contract employees are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
