Project and Training Coordinator: Integration

Summary/objective

The Project and Training Coordinator assists in the planning and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and assists the department trainer with content. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and other internal departments to assign and assist in delivering projects according to plan. This role facilitates the documentation and content creation of department training articles and programs, as well as AI content writing & optimization geared explicitly for Integration Department resources

 

Core Job Duties

  • Coordinate Project Implementation:
    • Assist in the review of new Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation Projects to ensure needed documentation has been collected, sold under the correct category, and the project type was available to be sold.
    • Coordinate case creation for HCM setup to be completed. Obtain needed documentation from client or sales.
    • Coordinate and assign to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at the direction of Project Manager or Integration Managers.
    • Provide updates to other internal departments or vendors as applicable.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Run weekly reports to assist in identifying projects ready to assign
    • Run reports and maintain appropriate Databases with Project updates
    • Provide reporting to team members as requested and other members of management
    • Maintain and update existing SOPs for various integration projects in regular intervals
    • Create training documentation in collaboration with the Leadership Team and Training Lead. Training documentation may include written documentation, videos, checklists, etc.
    • Participate in AI Optimization and Utilization meetings ensuring to document processes used for training internal team members
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Undertake other projects and tasks as assigned by Management.

 

Job Complexity

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

 

Interaction

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

 

Supervision

Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Routine assignments are performed independently unless problems occur.

 

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 3 years of related experience.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong product, service and technical background
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and work with others etc.

 

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
