This position requires a balance of design sensibility, technical expertise, and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to Arrowstreet's high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, facilitate and/or participate in client meetings and help communicate technical solutions clearlyProduce and oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentsCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants (structural, MEP, civil, etc.)Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirementsConduct quality control reviews and ensure accuracy of technical deliverablesSupport PIC and project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planningProvide design and technical guidance to junior staff and team membersReview shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction phasesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureLicensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred8+ years of professional experience; well-rounded in all aspects of a project design, technical detailing and managementStrong proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteIn-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailingSolid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processesExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teamsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detailWhy Arrowstreet?Our culture is one of collaboration, creativity, and connection—and it's a key part of our success.
