What Youll Do
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Administrator to guide large-scale, multifaceted projects.
- Serve as a central contributor in all phases of design documentation and technical detailing.
- Lead consultant and client coordination from concept through construction.
- Oversee specification development, project detailing, and design resolutions that maintain integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with construction administration to anticipate and resolve design or technical challenges.
- Maintain superior technical quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- Blend hand drawing with technology to visualize and refine complex design problems creatively.
What Youll Bring
- 6+ years of architectural experience (license preferred but not required).
- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited university.
- Advanced technical knowledge you understand what it takes to build it right.
- Proven experience in multifamily, mixed-use, or student housing construction.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and related design platforms.
- Leadership and mentorship qualities with strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, analytical mindset, and sense of humor that keeps collaboration effortless.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Current U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship not available).
