Project Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team in the Lousiville area with pay starting at 90K. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
• Create architectural designs and drawings using software applications
• Coordinate with engineers and other team members to ensure construction documents are accurate
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction quality and adherence to design specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
