Overview:
A recognized practitioner and licensed Architect who possesses strong design and technical abilities and manages implementation documentation. Manages the firm’s resources (people, processes and tools) and assignments with proficiency, fluency and aptitude. Teaches and mentors staff and effectively embodies and expresses the firm’s values and mission.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical realization of complex exterior systems, ensuring that every project exceeds industry standards for energy efficiency, durability, and occupant health. Beyond traditional sustainability, this role will champion regenerative design principles, moving our portfolio toward net-positive impacts on the environment and local ecosystems.
This role helps to ensure that the most beautiful buildings are those that perform flawlessly. Possesses a meticulous eye for detail, a deep curiosity about material science, and a proven track record of delivering projects that push the boundaries of carbon neutrality and regenerative architecture. Comfortable discussing U-values and thermal bridging along with formal aesthetics and urban context.
