Job Description: This individual plans and designs structures, such as private residences, office buildings, theaters, factories, and other structural property. Some things you can expect to do: Work in tandem with Client, Project Architect, Design Project Manager, Designers, Development, Construction and Consultants to develop documentation for coordination and construction. Solve problems and applies basic principles of design. Perform tasks with a high level of collaboration and sets an example for others to follow. Establish and pursue annual goals based on personal, professional and company growth in the industry. Direct and mentor junior staff. Project delivery including participate in creating complete and thorough design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedule; participate in and can lead design meetings, consultant meetings and project team meetings; resolve unusual or complex technical issues in partnership with team; research and resolve code issues and regulatory approval process; participate in Ryan's QA/QC process and project specifications for specific scopes of work; identify and communicate deviations in project scope and works with team to resolve. To be successful in this role you must have: At least 4 years of experience. A bachelor's degree in architecture is required. You must have a strong knowledge of Revit, building codes, documentation, and constructability. Architectural licensure is required. You will really stand out if you have: A master's degree Knowledge of Bluebeam Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and/or WELL AP designation. Compensation: The base pay range is $76,200-$110,000/Annually. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
