Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate construction drawings, finish plans, specifications, and material selections.
  • Collaborate with clients on project requirements and design intent.
  • Ensure compliance with building, ADA, and city codes.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and city agencies during plan check and construction phases.
  • Monitor drawing quality, maintain project documentation, and support project administration.
  • Mentor and oversee junior designers and production staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate interiors.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of construction documentation, ADA/building codes, and city permitting processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Travel Requirements
  • Travel includes on-site field surveys throughout the greater Los Angeles area, with occasional travel across California or other states as needed.
  • Mileage and approved travel expenses will be reimbursed, with per diem provided when applicable.
