Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and project specifications
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients
• Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural and mechanical systems into designs
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality
• Provide guidance and support to architectural staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional architectural license
