Your Role
As a Project or Associate Architect, you will:
Participate in all levels of the design process-your ideas matter here!
See projects through from conceptual design to construction administration.
Conduct building code research and apply local jurisdictional ordinances.
Prepare for design review boards and assist or lead client presentations and meetings.
Produce detailed construction documents and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
3 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
Strong design sensibility and production skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software
Both licensed and non-licensed designers are encouraged to apply
Note: Preference for candidates already located near Mount Pleasant, SC (within 20 miles) or within a manageable commuting distance, as extended travel times in the Charleston area can be challenging and may impact long-term retention.
