Job Description:

Our client, a mission-driven, architecture firm in New York City, is seeking a Project Architect to join their team focused on impactful public work, including cultural, educational, and healthcare projects. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential, ideal for architects who want to be part of a collaborative and engaged studio.

The selected candidate will play a key role in design development and construction documentation, leading coordination efforts and mentoring junior staff.

The requirements of the role are:
  • 7-10 years of relevant architectural experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment
  • Experience on public, education, or cultural sector projects
  • Solid understanding of NYC zoning and building code
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong detailing skills and experience producing CD sets
  • Team leadership and consultant coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
