Project Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team in Richmond. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all aspects of the projects meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing architectural plans and designs in line with project requirements and specifications
• Coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
• Reviewing and approving project materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Resolving design and construction issues as they arise to keep the project on track

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional certification (e.g., Registered Architect) is preferred
• Proven experience working as a Project Architect on commercial or residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Strong project management and communication skills
