Location: New York, NY Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 per year
Job Description:
We're partnering with a respected New York architecture firm known for its civic impact to find a Project Architect for their transit and infrastructure studio. This team leads complex public projects that shape the city's urban fabric-from transit hubs to large-scale infrastructure.
The selected candidate will lead projects from concept through construction, overseeing documentation and coordination across all phases. This is a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative and socially conscious design environment.
The requirements of the role are:
7-10 years of relevant architectural experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Prior experience with transit or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction documentation and administration
Team leadership and consultant coordination experience
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or Rhino
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
