A growing multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm is seeking a licensed Project Architect to lead a diverse portfolio of building projects from design through construction.
This role offers significant project ownership, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members while growing into a senior leadership position.
Responsibilities
Lead projects from design development through construction administration.
Prepare and coordinate construction documents, specifications, and technical details.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
Perform quality reviews and support code compliance and permitting.
Manage RFIs, submittals, site observations, and project closeout.
Mentor and support junior architectural staff.
Qualifications
Licensed Architect (or eligible for reciprocal licensure).
4+ years of architectural experience.
Strong Revit/BIM and AutoCAD proficiency.
Experience with construction documents and construction administration.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to satisfy project eligibility requirements when applicable.
Preferred Experience
Experience with commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, civic, or complex building projects.
