Our client is seeking a Project Architect on a temp to perm basis with strong experience in workplace interior design to join their growing team. This role will involve managing projects through multiple phases, coordinating with consultants and clients, and producing high-quality construction documentation for sophisticated corporate interior environments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and document existing building conditions
Prepare architectural contract drawings for bidding, landlord review, and building department filing
Review shop drawings and specifications during construction administration
Coordinate with clients and consultants including MEP, lighting, acoustical, structural, and furniture teams
Prepare administrative documentation including meeting minutes, scope narratives, and punch lists
Support projects throughout all phases from planning through construction
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate and/or retail interiors
Strong knowledge of applicable building codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD required
Proficiency in Revit required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Salary / Hourly:
$45-55 per hour
