    We’re searching for a talented and driven Project Assistant to join our team!

    Your Day-to-Day:

    • Supports Project Managers in planning work schedules, staffing, and assigning project personnel
    • Coordinates project activities to ensure progress aligns with schedule and budget
    • Assists with procurement of materials and equipment
    • Drafts correspondence and prepares reports as needed
    • Identifies potential project issues and supports resolution efforts
    • Monitors deadlines and proactively manages priorities
    • Handles administrative tasks such as expense reports, supply requests, purchase orders, HR forms, and budgets
    • Prepares special reports as requested by supervisor
    • Performs additional duties as assigned

    What You’ll Bring to the Table:

    • Associate’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a professional manner
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality and openness to new ideas
    • Clear and persuasive oral communication skills; capable of leading group discussions and meetings
    • Strong written communication skills; proficient in editing for grammar and clarity, and interpreting numerical data
    • High attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy
    • Adaptable to changing work environments, able to manage shifting priorities and respond effectively to unexpected events
    • Reliable and punctual; takes initiative, follows directions, and welcomes performance feedback
