Job Summary Handle multiple sign projects from concept to completion. Duties include sales, design, estimating, create RFQ’s and proposals, vendor sourcing/management, purchase orders, and time and customer expectation management.
Responsibilities
Work closely with other project assistants and team members, forming strong working relationships
Respond to emails, answer questions, and follow up with project issues
Prepare for meetings with other staff and outside vendors
Assist the project manager with organization and scheduling, as needed
Qualifications
Handle multiple projects from concept to completion. Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance. Exceptional verbal, written communication skills. Able to perform basic math calculations for estimating and square footage calculations Must possess own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
