Looking for your next opportunity in project accounting? We're partnering with a well-established professional services firm seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join their growing team.
If you have experience supporting project-based accounting in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or professional services industry, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
Manage project billing from setup through invoice generation
Review contracts, fee schedules, and billing terms
Partner with Project Managers to monitor budgets, WIP, AR, and project financials
Prepare billing and financial reports
Maintain project records in Deltek Vantagepoint
What we're looking for:
5+ years of project accounting or project billing experience
Background in AEC or professional services REQUIRED
Experience with contract billing, WIP, revenue recognition, and project financial reporting
Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision experience REQUIRED
Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
