YOUR IMPACT

• Design prestressed concrete bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and transportation structures

• Develop bridge layouts, superstructures, substructures, and foundations

• Help develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables

• Collaborate with clients, industry partners, and multidisciplinary teams

• Mentor junior engineers while continuing your own development

• Contribute to projects involving TxDOT, NTTA, and ODOT

WHAT YOU BRING

• Approximately 5–6 years of structural/bridge design experience

• Texas PE and B.S. in Civil Engineering

• Prestressed concrete girder bridge, retaining wall, and related structures experience

• Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and TxDOT bridge design/detailing standards

• Relevant TxDOT precertifications—or ability to obtain them

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Experience with tools such as MicroStation, OpenBridge, PGSuper/BridgeLink, or MIDAS Civil

• M.S. Civil Engineering, Oklahoma PE, and steel bridge experience are a plus
