QISG is seeking project civil engineering professionals interested in working to support large-scale engineering and construction projects throughout North America by providing civil site design solutions to our construction partners and clients.This role will design civil site, access, and drainage systems for large-scale energy substation and transmission projects using design-build delivery methods, working within a multi-disciplinary in-house team across civil, structural, geotechnical, and construction management disciplines. Core responsibilities include site layout, grading, stormwater analysis, permitting support, survey coordination, construction inspections, and production of construction drawings and specifications — all from an office-based setting using sound engineering judgment and digital tools to develop cost-effective solutions.
