What You Will Be Doing

Our Project Cleaners provide detailed and professional specialized cleaning services to our clients throughout Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and Windsor. As a member of our projects team, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding workplace where you receive regular support and feedback from area leaders. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license, previous cleaning experience, a strong work ethic, be punctual, and want to grow with our company.

Schedule(s): Monday - Friday (5pm - 10pm)

Pay: $19.00 hr

Project Cleaner Duties & Responsibilities

• Report to Loveland main office daily to pick up a company vehicle, equipment, and supplies before reporting to their daily project assignment.
• Efficiently working throughout your entire shift to do a variety of floor/project work, including: stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers.
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with your team of project cleaners to meet service deadlines.
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment tto clean windows, strip/buff/wax floors, clean carpets, construction clean ups, and other projects.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Project Cleaner Qualifications & Requirements

• Carpet cleaning experience, stripping/buffing/waxing experience OR heavy labor experience (construction, landscaping, etc.).
• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Punctual and Responsible.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify
