Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal team members.
- Monitor active solar projects to ensure accuracy, timely progress, and completion of deadlines.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to customers and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment using strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to collect required documentation for solar project processing.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, text, and email correspondence.
- Ability to professionally resolve customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and document management systems.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
