Project/Construction Manager (Contract Role)

Burnett is currently partnering with a national property management firm who has a need in Austin/San Antonio. This role will be contract only for now, as they have a lot of remodels/construction going on multiple projects in the Austin and San Antonio areas. They are looking for a Project/Construction Manager who can oversee the work being done. 

Main Job Duties:

• Go between properties daily to oversee remodels/construction
• Be the direct contact for all subvendors and contractors 
• Ensure safety protocals are being followed
• Ensure work timelines are being adhered to
• Report back to Director daily with project updates

Ideal Qualifiecations:

• Must have commercial construction supervision experience (5+ years minimum)
• Must be able to travel to various projects in Austin daily
• Occasionally will be sent to check on spot projects in San Antonio as needed
• Must be able to work full time hours, Monday-Friday
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required

Additional Info:

• Currently the role is slated to be contract for 6 months
• Position may be extended but they aren't sure yet; will depend on work load
• All projects will be for commercial properties so professional appearance/communication is required
• Salary Range is $110-$120K, DOE ($52.88-$57.69/hr)
• Mileage will be reimbursed as well
• Open to having someone start immediately, but can also wait for Jan 1 if needed for the right candidate
