Project Consultant (Residential Construction)
Location: Blakely, PA (projects across Northeast PA)

This is a career role, not a revolving-door sales position.
In this role, you will:
- Lead homeowners through a structured, consultative sales process
- Run in-home and office consultations, guiding clients through scope, design direction, and investment
- Develop and present clear, accurate project proposals
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are sold correctly and set up for success
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities with strong organization and follow-through
- Confidently ask for the sale and close projects when it's the right fit
- Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and client experience
