Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress through data-driven analysis of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential inefficiencies and provide recommendations to keep projects on track.
• Provide professional Cost, Schedule, Earned Value expertise in the management and delivery of client program initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate with Client Management, Project Management, and stakeholders.
• Champion Safety practices, procedures, goals, and metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Capital Forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and create reports to support business decision-making.
• Support cost and schedule risk analysis and provide input.
• Build and maintain financial models in Excel to analyze trends and project future performance.
• Perform accounting unitization activities to ensure SOX Compliance and accurate reporting of assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or an appropriate engineering discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in project control with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with SAP, BOBJ, and Power BI.

Preferences:

• Basic understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera.
