Project Controller-Level 2 - Experienced (6 - 10 Years)

Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role involves monitoring project progress through data-driven analysis of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. The position requires identifying potential inefficiencies and providing recommendations to keep projects on track. The Project Controller will work with leadership to ensure project controls support both short-term milestones and long-term operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional Cost, Schedule, and Earned Value expertise in the management and delivery of program initiatives and associated project activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with management, Project Management, Production/Area Leads, Project Engineers, and third-party stakeholders.
• Champion safety practices, procedures, goals, and metrics.
• Identify and develop scalable, project-appropriate control and reporting tools.
• Identify, assess, manage, and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Assist management and their designees in achieving goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain WMS database integrity via progress updates and changes.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelors degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent is required.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in project control with increasing levels of responsibility is required.

Technical Skills: Expertise in industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera and SAP is required. Proficiency in Word is also required.

Work Requirements

Driving will be required as part of this positions duties. For this role, the supplier must hold validation of a non-restricted current drivers license and demonstrate no alcohol/drug-related driving offenses within the previous five years, and the license must not be currently suspended or restricted related to hours of driving or reason for driving.

This assignment is eligible for worker furlough. Typical furlough schedules coincide with select national holidays but may be subject to change.
